My Approach

Everybody has a story, and I look forward to hearing yours! Although I am educated in a traditional western biomedical model, I am open to exploring other ideas that align with your goals and priorities. I recognize that you are the expert on your own body and experiences, and I strive to empower you to make informed and evidence-based decisions about your health.

I value trust, and always prioritize empathy and relationship-building. I meet each client with a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, that appreciates your unique needs and perspectives. I strive to offer realistic solutions, and to help you develop the knowledge and skills to manage your nutritional health independently. It is my hope that you can feel confident and empowered in your own body, as soon as you are able.
